There are many benefits to knowing exactly when your material will arrive and now you can!

Whether you’re working in the office, remotely, or on-site, our Delivery Notifications let you know exactly when you’ll receive your delivery. You can receive text and/or email alerts before delivery, granting you the ability to prepare for your order. A link in the notification will let you monitor your delivery’s progress in real-time.

Types of Notifications

OUT FOR DELIVERY

Sends a notification when the truck is leaving QED
Includes Order# and Customer PO#

NEXT STOP

Sends a notification when the driver completes the stop prior
Includes Order#, Customer PO#, and ETA of deliver based on Google Maps

EXAMPLE OF TEXT NOTIFICATION

"X" MINUTES AWAY - ARRIVING SOON

Sends a notification when the delivery is within a timeframe you choose, such as 10 minutes away
Includes Order#, Customer PO#, and ETA of delivery based on Google Maps

PACKAGE DELIVERED

Sends a notification after the jobsite has signed for material and the driver completes the stop
Includes Order#, Customer PO#, and actual Delivery Time
