Your enrollment token to sign up for a new account will be at the bottom of any emailed invoice (cannot be pulled from any invoice downloaded from the qedelectric.com website). Once you have that token, go ahead and sign up for an account, and you'll be good to roll! 

If you can't find the token, don't have access to any previously emailed invoices, or have troubles with BillTrust once you setup your account, please contact [email protected], and they'll be able to help you from there.
